Questo mese abbiamo preso il largo con le imbarcazioni dell’azienda nautica Sessa Marine di Cividate al Piano. Cosa accomuna questa solida realtà del made in Italy a Montina? ​

Prima di tutto, è un’azienda dinamica e innovativa, originariamente fondata come azienda familiare e successivamente acquisita nel 2023 da un gruppo di imprenditori che ha rinnovato il brand. Progetta e realizza yacht di alta gamma con passione e una forte impronta artigianale, valori in cui da sempre anche Montina si identifica.​

Ma soprattutto, ciò che condividiamo con Sessa Marine è la volontà di creare momenti di autentica emozione. Per questo, abbiamo scelto di stappare i nostri Franciacorta a bordo di una loro creazione: un brindisi allo stile, sulla rotta della qualità.

This month we took to the water with boats from the nautical company Sessa Marine of Cividate al Piano. What does this solid made-in-Italy business have in common with Montina?

First of all, it is a dynamic and innovative company, originally founded as a family business and later acquired in 2023 by a group of entrepreneurs who revamped the brand. It designs and builds high-end yachts with passion and a strong craftsmanship, values that Montina has also always identified with.

Created from a blend of 65 percent Pinot Noir and 35 percent Chardonnay, Rosé Demi Sec is an extraordinarily smooth wine with a soft pink color and fine, continuous perlage. Not surprisingly, we are the largest producer of it in Franciacorta.

The short maceration on the skins of Pinot Noir gives it its characteristic color, along with an enveloping bouquet and intense flavor of small red berries of underbrush. The freshness and elegance of Chardonnay add a note of finesse and harmony.
With its vivacious and persistent mousse, Rosé Demi Sec, served at 8°C, is an ideal match for cheeses, desserts such as almond sbrisolona cake, and fresh fruit. Toasting to believe!
